i just cant resist the urge to write more.. i think i'll wait for awhile before posting it to any community since i just posted previous chapter yesterday..

Chapter 3: Reality Speaking
“You guys know about this??? What the hell is wrong with the two of you!” I’m pissed, really pissed. We are currently in Koyama’s ramen shop. Yamapi and Koyama just sit there right in front of me, trying to smile in awkwardness. On the other side of the table, Massu and Shoon do not dare to say a word. Bloody hell!
“How long have the two of you known about this?” I ask Yamapi and Koyama again, still not believing what I just heard from them.
“Ehm, we kind of know even before the two of them broke up,” replies Yamapi. Koyama nods in agreement
Eh? Wait wait wait wait! Did he just say broke up? Ha? Wait a minute; it doesn’t make any sense at all. “Broke up?”
“Yeah. They broke up about three months ago,” replies Yamapi again. I turn my head towards Massu and Shoon. They just nod their head while trying not to look at me in the eyes.
“But Kato and I caught the two of you kissing on the roof! This doesn’t make any sense. I don’t get it at all. If the two of you broke up already, well I’m so happy if you did, then why the hell did you kiss each other just now?” I put both of my palms against my head. Too much information that does not match each other really drives me insane right now.
“That one is kind of hard to explain,” says Massu.
I finally decide to sit and try to calm myself up. I look at each one of them, one by one. This is totally insane. I’m just speechless. Massu, my buta, was dating Shoon, who is a boy. I still can’t believe that Massu has a different sexual preference. I mean, look how manly he is! And Shoon, I swear with all those muscles and abs it’s really hard to believe that he is, well, you know. Although I must admit that he does look like a girl sometimes.
So many questions run through my mind. I don’t hate people with different sexual preference, but having a friend that actually one is not something that I expected at all. Yamapi puts his hand on Shoon’s shoulder, patting him, while Koyama tries to cheer Massu with a free ramen.
I stay over for a little longer at Koyama’s place after the rest left. I rest my tired self on his bed, looking into his bedroom ceiling, while Koyama is still helping his parents out. He said he needs to go to send some delivery order around the neighbourhood. Well, since I’m too lazy and still in shock to go back, he offered me to rest at his room.
Suddenly, when I almost fall asleep, a loud bang almost gives me heart attack. Someone opens Koyama’s door room harshly and goes straight away to Koyama’s desk. Eh, Kato? What the hell is he doing here? Can he at least knock?
“I’m so dead, Kei-chan!! I need to borrow all your art stationary. You know, that friend of yours, that scary Nishikido, is so freaking weird. He told me to make all the props for tomorrow’s orientation. Only me, with no one else to help! If he can’t take the fact that his friend is gay, please, for the love of God, don’t make me do some stupid things to let go all of his anger,” says Kato.
That idiot certainly doesn’t know that the scary Nishikido that he’s talking about is currently sitting on Koyama’s bed. This punk seriously wants me kill him! What the hell did he just say? I’m cool with Massu being gay! I’m not frustrated on whatsoever! Okay, maybe a little frustrated, but still!
I grab Koyama’s pillow and throw it to Kato. He almost jumps when the pillow lands nicely on his head. He turns to me, ready to get angry at Koyama, who probably is still going around with his old bicycle to deliver the ramens. His eyes grow bigger as he sees me sitting on Koyama’s bed.
“N-Ni-Nishikido-senpai?”
“Yeah. The great, awesome, and scary Nishikido Ryo is here. And he happens to overheard you saying some stuff about him,” I say as I pierce my eyes sharply at him.
We go silent. I cross my arms with eyes still set on him. He puts down whatever stationary that he is holding. I can see clearly from the way he looks at me that he wishes he can just disappeared this instant. He makes his move, trying to run out of the room.
No way in hell you can escape, you freaking Kato! I jump off from the bad and catch his hand. As I pull him back before he manages to reach the door knob, he falls on his knees. He press both palms against each other and raises it above his bowed head.
“Huaaaa!! I’m so sorry! I totally have no idea that Kei-chan is not in the room, and it was you instead. Please, don’t do any harm!” he begs.
I can’t help it but laugh out loud. What the hell, Kato? I know that you are such a moron, but not this pathetic! I sit back on the bed, still laughing my ass off. Kato looks up and looks really confuse with my reaction.
“Eh?”
“You are such a pathetic moron, Kato! Kyahaha.. It’s kind of amusing. I might even actually have to say thank you for making me laugh,” I say, still laughing.
He just smiles awkwardly. He stands up and walks to Koyama’s desk again, gathering back the stationary that he was planning on taking. Ehm. Come to think of it, when he thought that I was Koyama just now, the way he talks was really different. I mean, well, he wasn’t as clumsy as he usually sounds. Maybe, I’m being too mean to him.
“Ne, do you need help for the props? I mean, I think you were right. I kind of letting go of the anger to you,” I say while walking closer to him.
He looks at me, confused. Okay, why the hell people always give me this kind of look each time I offer them help. I mean, I know that I don’t go around and offer help to people, but it doesn’t mean I don’t help anyone at all. I still have at least a tiny bit of humanity inside this sexy body. Okay, the sexy part is not really necessary (but admit it, I am indeed sexy).
“What? If you don’t want me to help me, that’s totally fine with me, but you will stuck all night doing the prop. And I must tell you, it’s not easy to do it all by yourself, you know,” I say.
Kato doesn’t really say anything, but he lets me to go to his place to help him out. Koyama was totally right. His house is just a couple houses away from mine. I wonder why I never saw him around before. I’ve been here in Tokyo for almost two years now you know, so I should at least saw him once.
“Woaaa! Your room is really clean. Are you even a boy?” I ask as I enter his room.
“Well, I don’t have to be a girl to have a clean room, right?” he says frankly.
I turn my head to him. Did he just talk back to me? Kato realizes what he just said and covers his mouth, disbelieving himself. He straight away tries to avoid my eyes and gets the material for the props from his drawer. Ehm, strangely, I must say, I’m not annoyed or what so ever. Well, maybe this kid is not as clumsy as he looks like.
“So, how come I never see you around? I mean, we live not far from each other you know. Or you are just such an unlucky person that just didn’t get the chance to see this awesome and scary Nishikido before.”
Kato almost laughs, but he holds it. He continues concentrating on cutting the colour papers into shapes. I take a good look at him. His eyes look like cat’s eyes. How on earth can a guy, a Japanese guy, have such cat look like eyes? Well, Shoon’s eyes are bigger than his, but they ain’t as cat look a like as his.
“I do see you around actually. I kind of usually walked just a few meters behind you, but since I needed to take the train to my secondary school, we kind of went different direction at the third junction,” he replies. Wow, I’m actually having a conversation with Kato.
I go back about just right before dinner. It took us the whole afternoon to finish the props. Well, I must admit that I was being stupid by telling him to do it alone just because I was shock with the fact that my buta is, well, gay. But well, I don’t have the right to judge, right? I mean, it doesn’t mean that I should be all frustrated, right?
Oh, shit! This is exactly why I don’t really like to have many friends! I don’t like it when I have to be worried over someone's else business. I grab my phone and dial Massu’s number. I think I really need to say sorry.
“Hi, Massu. It’s me Nishikido,”

God, I’m so glad. Massu is certainly my buta. By calling him buta, it never means that I don’t like him or what so ever. I might not be as close as Yamapi or Koyama to him, but he’s quite a gentleman, you know. If there’s a person that I might (I said I might, okay, keep that in mind) look up to, that will be him. No one, that I know, ever dislikes him.
“And about why I kissed him. Ehm, well, I’m not sure whether I should tell you this or not but, I think you kind of need to know. I never tell this to anyone before,” says Massu.
“Eh? Are you sure you want to tell me? You don’t have to, you know,”
“Well, I guess I can trust you,”
“Okay. I’m listening then,”
Massu goes silent for awhile. This silent is just basically the exact same silent that he gave me when he called me this morning. I think it becomes somehow his hobby to give me silent over the phone.
“He’s straight. I mean, Shoon. He’s straight,”
“Eh?”
“He was so shocked when I ask him out, but he gave it a shot, considering how close the two of us are. Of course the relationship didn’t work out, and we kind of call it quit,”
Okay. I don’t understand a thing right now. If they called it a quit, why he kissed Shoon then? And did he just say that Shoon is straight? Arrghhh! I start to think like a typical high school girl that gets curious over her best friend’s love problem! I need help!
“But things kind of already get out of control although we call it quit,”
“Out of control? As in?”
“We just can’t get our hands off each other,” he replies.

“I mean, we kind of did it already,”
“Ehhhh?? Did it? Already? Did what?”

“Oh, sorry. I got carried away,”
“That’s alright. So, are we good? Is there any chance that this might ruin our friendship? You are not going to fall for me right?” I ask, a little worry.
“Hahaha.. Of course I won’t. I only go for pretty guys, and you are far from being pretty,” he replies, half laughing.
The next morning, I wake up with a really bad headache. Crap! I think I’m going be sick soon. I walk out my house lazily and stand just right outside the gate for a while. I sigh. I hope today won’t be as bad as yesterday. Today is the last day of the orientation. I wish everything can just be wrapped, so I can drag my sick self back to home and get a rest.
“Nishikido-senpai!” I turn my head to my right, trying to find whoever is calling me.
“K-Kato?”
“Ohayo! I thought I might wait for you so we can go together to school. And I kind of don’t have enough hands to bring all this prop,” he says, smiling.
Haaa??? What the fuck is wrong with him? Why the hell is he acting all friendly all of the sudden? Kato grabs some of the props and hands it to me. I’m still in such a shock to find him right in front of my house that I actually just accept whatever he hands to me.
“I’m so looking forward for today’s orientation. They said that the last day of orientation always really fun,” he says again. I put down all the props down and whack him hard in the head. He looks at me in shock while rubbing his head.
“Me, helping you yesterday, doesn’t mean you can suddenly be all friendly to me, you moron! And before you can have all the fun, we need to go to Koyama’s house to get him or possible wake him up,” I say, annoyed.
He’s still so freaking annoying. I straight away make my way, followed by Kato after he manages to grab all the props with his two hands.
